Zoran graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1968 and was
|
| |
called to the Ontario Bar in 1988.
|
| |
|
| |
Zoran completed his articles of clerkship with and, subsequent to
|
| |
his call to the bar, was a lawyer with Sneath, Wilkins.
|
| |
|
| |
Zoran is a senior litigator. His practice focuses on class actions,
|
| |
medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance litigation. He
|
| |
has prosecuted and defended numerous medical malpractice
|
| |
cases.
|
| |
|
| |
Zoran has successfully taken medical malpractice, injury, and
|
| |
insurance case to trial in the Ontario Superior Court of justice. He
|
| |
has successfully appeared in the Ontario Court of Appeal and the
|
| |
Federal Court of Appeal.
